3. Services

We offer mobile auto detailing packages, paint protection, ceramic coatings, and pressure washing services. All service descriptions, pricing ranges, and estimated completion times displayed on our website are provisional and provided for general guidance only. Final pricing, service scope, and appointment duration are confirmed only after an in-person or photo-based inspection of your vehicle or property.

We do not guarantee that every scratch, stain, defect, or odor can be completely removed. Results depend on the condition of the vehicle or property, the materials involved, and the limitations of available products and techniques.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Instant estimates generated through our online estimator are based on the vehicle type, condition, and services you select. These estimates are not guaranteed final prices. Final pricing is confirmed after inspection. If additional work is recommended, you will receive a revised price for your approval before any work begins.

For ceramic coating, paint correction, specialty vehicles, extreme conditions, and pressure washing, we require photos or an on-site assessment before providing a final quote or scheduling an appointment.

5. Appointments, Deposits, and Cancellations

Appointment times are proposed based on estimated service durations and are subject to the owner’s approval. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling as needed. Deposit requirements, cancellation, and rescheduling policies will be communicated to you before your appointment is confirmed.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, access limitations, or other circumstances beyond our control. Weather-delayed appointments will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually available time.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To perform services safely and effectively, you agree to provide:

• Accurate vehicle and property information
• A safe, legal, and adequately sized work area
• Access to water and electricity where required
• Removal of personal belongings from the vehicle or work area
• Honest disclosure of any damage, stains, odors, pet hair, or hazards

We may decline or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, including the presence of mold, biohazards, bodily fluids, pest activity, or severe contamination requiring special safety procedures.

7. SMS / Text Messaging Consent

Opt-in and consent. By submitting a form on our website, interacting with our chat widget, scanning a QR code, or providing your phone number in person, you consent to receive SMS/text messages from After Effect Detail. These messages may include appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, service updates, and promotional offers.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply to messages you receive from us.

8. Payment

Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of booking or service completion. Applicable taxes will be added where required by law. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

After Effect Detail provides detailing and pressure washing services using industry-standard products, tools, and techniques. While we take every reasonable precaution to protect your vehicle and property, detailing services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to the possibility that pre-existing damage, delicate surfaces, aged or compromised paint, aftermarket modifications, or prior improper repairs may become more visible or may not respond to treatment as expected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, After Effect Detail and its owner, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of use, diminished value, or cosmetic changes to pre-existing conditions, arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service is limited to the amount actually paid by you for that specific service.

You are responsible for disclosing any known damage, aftermarket parts, wraps, matte or delicate finishes, prior repairs, or sensitive materials before service begins. We are not liable for damage to undisclosed conditions or for issues that cannot be reasonably identified during a standard inspection.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design elements, is the property of After Effect Detail and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written permission.
